Shipping

We ship within ten working days after purchase. Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Free shipping on orders over $149 is available for Quebec province residents only.

Please note that to reduce our footprint, we may reuse cardboard to ship parcels.

Taxes

All Canadian customers will be required to pay sales taxes applicable to their province. We do not charge sales taxes to customers residing outside of Canada, but be aware that you remain responsible for the duties and customs applicable to your country upon receipt of the package.

Returns and Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for any return or exchange. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition.

For items you want to exchange or refund: customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it to us as well as the shipping cost for the return. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Please mark “RETURN” on the package and send it by postal service.
